The cost for shipping is a flat fee of $12.50, unless otherwise noted per promotional period or if the item(s) are deemed heavy or oversized. Once your order is placed, our goal is to process your order within 48 hours and initiate shipping through UPS or USPS. Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive an email notification that will contain tracking information once your order ships.

At The Osprey Nest, we hope you’re absolutely in love with your purchases—like, can’t-stop-staring-at-it kind of love! But we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s okay. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below: 

If you purchased in our store, the following Return Policy Applies:

Item returns are happily accepted within 14 days of the purchase date of your order.  Items being returned must be in their original packaging with tags attached and unused.  A copy of the original receipt must be included with the return to receive a credit to your original form of payment.  We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that do not meet these criteria or are returned after the 14 day return period.  If a receipt is not provided, we will issue a store credit, providing all the other criteria are met.

If you purchased an item online at www.theospreynest.shop the following Return Policy Applies:

Item returns are happily accepted within 14 days of receipt.  The days will be calculated from the date of delivery based on the tracking information.  Items being returned must be in their original packaging with tags attached and unused.  A copy of the original receipt and/or packing slip must be included with the return to receive a credit to your original form of payment.    A credit will be issued once the return is received, less the original shipping charges.  We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that do not meet these criteria.  Please contact help@theospreynest.shop to get your return started.  We will provide you will a return label.   

HOW TO INITIATE AN ONLINE RETURN:

•  Please email us at help@theospreynest.shop, provide the reason for your return, then we will provide via email at no charge a UPS Shipping Label and a Return Authorization (RA) number to include with your return.
• Print the return UPS shipping label that was provided via email and attach it to the shipping package and drop your return package at a nearby UPS shipping center.
• For ease of processing, please note your RA number inside the package.

Generally, returns will not be accepted after 14 days of receipt of the order, however, for orders placed each year between November 1 and December 31 the return period for acceptance is extended to 30 days from receipt of the order to provide you ample time for holiday purchases.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.
