Shipping Information: 

FOR U.S. SHIPPING ONLY

• East & Central U.S.: Standard Shipping is $12.50, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days.
• West U.S.: Standard Shipping is $16.00, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days.
• Heavy or oversized items: Economy Shipping is $25.00 within the U.S., with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days.

Promotional shipping offers may vary. Once your order is placed, our goal is to process your order within 48 hours and initiate shipping through UPS, FEDEX or USPS. The estimated transit times above are in addition to order processing time. You will receive an email notification that will contain tracking information once your order ships.

At The Osprey Nest, we hope you’re absolutely in love with your purchases—like, can’t-stop-staring-at-it kind of love! But we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s okay. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below: 

If you purchased in our store, the following Return Policy Applies:

Item returns are happily accepted within 14 days of the purchase date of your order.  Items being returned must be in their original packaging with tags attached and unused.  A copy of the original receipt must be included with the return to receive a credit to your original form of payment.  We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that do not meet these criteria or are returned after the 14 day return period.  If a receipt is not provided, we will issue a store credit, providing all the other criteria are met.

If you purchased online through our website, Facebook, Instagram, or the Shop app, the following return policy applies:

We accept online returns within 14 days of delivery, based on your order’s tracking information. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. Please include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip with your return.

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

HOW TO INITIATE AN ONLINE RETURN:

1. Email help@theospreynest.shop with the reason for your return. We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. If you’re returning a damaged item, we’ll provide a free return shipping label by email. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at a nearby shipping center. For all other returns, we do not provide a return label; please arrange and pay for return shipping using your chosen carrier.
3. Include your RA number inside the package to help us process your return.

Generally, returns will not be accepted after 14 days of receipt of the order, however, for orders placed each year between November 1 and December 31 the return period for acceptance is extended to 30 days from receipt of the order to provide you ample time for holiday purchases.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.
